One of the smaller and more obscure companies, Pick was founded in 1920 by Arthur Schoenberger who named the company after his cousin, Ed Pick. At least that's the lore. Nice quality pen in the Jade (Radite, Permanite, Celluloid, take your "pick") with a hard rubber section and feed. Nice original Pick gold nib. I'd like to see some other Pick Pics if you have one.

I had a pick holy water sprinkler many years back. Sold it to Allan Gross, who put it in one of the pen show auctions, and it did not bring reserve. I don't know what he did with it then, but it might be out there somewhere. It was pretty cool.

I'll try to get a scan in a day or two, but I've got a nice example of one of the chased black HR Pick stylographic pens. These seem to be fairly common (as far as Pick pens go), but I don't otherwise know anything about it (I would guess 1920s production, based on the style).

Really love this celluloid. I wonder if it was a nice writer?

Dunno. I write with about five of my 2000+ fountain pens
But, this one at least is one of mine, not just a pen I shot at some pen show. I s'pose I could dip it sometime...
