Even missing one tray this is a very nice price for a vintage Hamilton cabinet.
Scrub the drawers, drop in some Gary liners, store 2000 pens

These are great for storage. Based on David talking about his, I found one about a year ago on ebay just over the Georgia line from us. Only issue with it is that it is a double wide and too big to fit in the house so it stores pens and some tools in the garage, as well as providing a nice work surface.
I've also found that old dental cabinets work really well for storage. I have a couple of them in my study which can be outfitted as David notes with the slotted liners and they show the pens really well. The dental cabinets can get a bit pricey.
Best,
Pat

Thanks for the tip David! I will be going to pick it up sometime next week. This worked out well... I was trying to work a deal on a different one and it recently fell through.
I also have a '40's dental cabinet which is in the process of being restored. Between the two cabinets I should have more than enough storage for pens and ink. My wife will kill me long before I fill one of them.

Cool David. You only needed 4 of them to house your collection.

Hamilton's are great, but i needed something smaller. After alot of research on design's, i found a Hamilton that would be perfect, but was overprices IMO. Id buy it, if that took the 1 and 6 away, and exchanged the 6 for a 2. So, id been eyeing this case for a while, and i finally had it sent off to BamaPen's to work his magic.
