it's a third-generation vac junior, maybe early '40s. we're not seeing the nib, but presuming that's okay (and also safely presuming that the diaphragm is shot and needs t be replaced), i'd put an ebay value on it of around $50-70? the trim looks good, but unfortunately there's that crook in the bands.
