The color of the pen looks to be very good- a little bit of darkening around the threads and the top of the cap. The name in the barrel looks to be engraved, which is a problem for some. The clip looks to have some pretty significant brassing. Still a nice pen, and the price is attractive.

Sold at slightly over $800. Actually a good price, in spite of the problems that George pointed out above. Winner of the auction got a nice, complete pen, for a reasonable amount.
