I'm actually having some problems in Firefox 25.0.1
See the red circles.

Geez, nothing ever is easy...
I'm using Firefox and Safari seemingly without difficulty. My Firefox is 25.01.
You sure that's not what's showing merely before the page finishes loading?

On third thought, the old skins don't work with new version of the boardware. I wonder if some of the old skins are leaving remnants...
Do go to bottom left of page and hit Change Theme, then be sure IP Board is selected.

No, that's the fully loaded page. Changing the theme didn't seem to help. It seems to be a problem with the Avatars.

When I right click on one of the funny-looking areas and click "View Image Info" I get the following screen with a wonky web address for the photo:
However, if I right click the little avatar for David's photo (like I should see in the messed up areas) I get a nice clean web address

Hi Sailor,
At top right of page in any thread, just above "reply to this topic" is a "follow this topic" button. I think that subscribes. Hope so anyway.
Not sure where your avatar went (I didn't delete it), but that should be reuploadable in your member profile.

Hi,
Well, given the unhappy mess that is the control panel for Invision Power, I'm don't know why Brian, John and Sailor are encountering these issues. I'm a bit swamped today as the Ikea team is here installing some massive wall units for the pen room and living room. I am off the next three weeks and will play with the controls. I would think if the "follow thread" button shows, then it would work. Perhaps though it still needs to be enabled via the control panel. Clearly, many things were reset with the boardware update. I will touch base as well on the user forums, probably over the upcoming holiday weekend.
Do bear with things. The new boardware does have some powerful features, and at least we still have some good content.

Hi Sailor,
How can't you stay logged in? When I log in, it seems good for return visits. Are you losing the status even with a page refresh, or with quitting browser?
