This is impressive!

Please join the Mabie Todd Swan project where I am trying to sort out the undocumented mess that is American Mabie Todd's from the 1930's. The last pens that MT seemed to advertise were the "Eternal" pens, and then the company put out a wide range of different styles, shapes, sizes and filling systems before eventually closing up shop. I invite you to post your pictures of your American pens

He has a strange business model.  He has a bunch of pens with outrageous Buy It Now prices, but he also regularly puts up some pens for auction with reasonable opening bids.  Those usually go for reasonable prices - so he does make quite a few sales.  I also ignore his sales - I am just glad he uses that gaudy striped pink background so I can instantly recognize his items and pass over them.

He tried to buy 1 of my pens and wanted me to send a pen worth £150 to Hong Kong uninsured and with no tracking.  The sale was cancelled.  I dread to think how much he would have asked for it.

I've bought two pens from him. Not BINs of course.

The descriptions were misleading, but the photos were good, as was the final price.
