Recently found in the wild a black chased barleycorn pattern celluloid oversize pen marked "Made in England". Thought very little of it - nicely made button filler at first glance but the translucent section accounting for half the barrel did start me thinking.
Further investigation revealed this to be a Summit Vacuum Filler - really a button operated bulb filler. Hardly any of these things exist probably due to the war intervrning. Surprisingly this one works. I believe David Nishimura had one a while back.
