Hi, I got this rather nice Diplomat fountain pen but I can't find what the model name might be. It reminds me of a Lamy 2000.
- It seems to be brushed stainless steel, it is heavier than aluminum would be.
- It is a cartridge filler. Proprietary cartridges it looks like, there were 2 carts inside a metal sleeve in the pen and they have the diplomat logo on the end. I found a post on FPN of some similar (but plastic) pens and it said you could use a reversed Lamy cart it them. That post dated the pens to the 1960's. Anyone know of a converter that would fit?
- Dimensions: 5 1/4" capped, 4 7/8" uncapped, 5 3/4" posted
- Nib is an inset/semi-hooded 14k oblique medium, no breather hole
Any help?
Thanks
