2024 Commonwealth Pen Show - September 14-15, 2024

The 2024 Commonwealth Pen Show will take place on September 14 and 15, 2024.

We have an exciting NEW venue but it’s still in Somerville, Ma. 

 We will send out information regarding the venue as well as a hotel list for those needing accommodation later this fall.

The Commonwealth Pen Show is back for 2024 and in a new location in Somerville, Massachusetts! Our new location is at The Center for the Arts at the Armory (Somerville Armory, 191 Highland Avenue).

The venue is located a 10-minute walk from  the MBTA Green Line (E Line) stop at Magoun Square or a 15-minute walk from the Red Line Davis Square stop. MBTA buses, Route 88 and Route 90, can stop nearby at the Highland Avenue at Lowell Street stop. A short walking distance from the Armory, at 75 Belmont Street, is a parking lot with free parking on Saturday and Sunday.

There is also, on the premises, ROOTED CAFE. Open on Saturday from 9.00 am - 7.30 pm and on Sunday from 9.00 am - 5.00 pm.

Just 5 days remain before the 2024 Commonwealth Pen Show!

For the first time this year, we are in a new venue – Art at the Armory in the Somerville Armory, 191 Highland Avenue, Somerville, MA – Saturday, September 14^th (10.00 am – 5.30 pm) and Sunday, September 15^th (9.00 am – 3.00 pm)! There is free parking an easy walking distance from the venue, street parking, as well as public transportation options (bus and subway).

27 dealers with a wide range of pens, ink, paper, collectibles, and ephemera will be there!

There will be two Door Prize drawings on Saturday and one Door Prize drawing on Sunday. Winners must be in attendance at the time of drawing (1.00 pm each day).
