Carter Grey Pearltex Case, FP/MP

Found this in a field last Thursday along Route 20 in Bouckville, NY prior to the big weekend antique show. Walk by countless booths - saw 3 FPs. An Skyline missing the Derby and Clip (which I now need), a very overpriced Waterman desk pen (which I walked away from), and this Carter travel set. Checked the PCA Carter catalog but it does not show this color which is eye popping. Also the only imprint is on the inside of the case which reads Carter's. On the nib - Carter INX Pen. Nothing on the cap or body of the pen or pencil. Is that unusual?

Need to replace the sac. Any precautions I should be aware of removing the section?

I've been playing with pens for awhile and this is the first Carter I've encounter. Any additional information would be appreciated.

Noteworthy in my pen case because of the plastic if nothing else. Hope you all enjoy it too.
