This is a burgundy Parker Vac. Diameter is 12mm; length is about 119mm. It 's a user grade pen, with some teethmarks in the cap, a pocket clip that's slightly lifted up from the cap, and it's missing the barrel tassie. The cap bands are about 75% brassed, the cap tassie is brassed on the protruding edges, and the clip is brassed at the tip of the arrow. The barrel is dated "37."; the "3" is smaller and less deep than the "7".
