Unknown German Pen Via Heather

Black bodied pen.
Piston fill mechanism (non functioning)
No barrel or cap imprint.
single tarnished thin cap band (maybe bronze? LOL)
Clip is not unlike Pelikan in shape. Has double lines to edge of clip with single straight line down the middle.

Nib is imprinted:

GLEITSPITZE

Brief www search has brought up Talisman pens (German) with this type of nib. Also some stating pens used by German Officers in WW2.

The pen was the one used by the good friend's wife at school. She is in her mid 60's.

Any help would be most appreciated on either / both pen.
