Nice Tiara colleciton, BAZ! The Time & Worksaver Ensemble is cool too! These little devices were manufactured by the Ozburn-Janesville company and sold as promotional items with company names on them. They were very popular and prolific. There were several devices available; letter openers, small knife, screwdrivers, etc. I've seen both Parker and Parker-Eversharp brands on these in addition to Ozburn-Janesville's name on them. They also marketed all-metal telescopic pointers for use with overhead projector presentations and such. Very ingenious.
