I'm always amused by some of the descriptions that I see on eBay. I love when pen brands are called "Weavers", "Mable Todds", etc. I love how caps are sometimes called "lids" and nibs are called "nubs". Anything else come to mind?

A challenging issue no doubt. Many such sellers have tough time finding even the... nub... of the problem.

How about a "level filler" - surely it must be a lever filler.

Seems to me half the pens on eBay have "nips" instead of nibs... which I have to admit gives me a frequent chuckle. Just because I'm 46 doesn't mean part of me isn't still 16.
