Hello All!

Here we have a very pretty, user-grade Parker Vacumatic. The end of the barrel imprint is worn, so no date code visible there. There is a 9 underneath the nib imprint, if that helps. Barrel clarity is about 5/10. The nib is F/XF and has a tiny bit of feedback. It is a bit dryer than I would like (about 4.5/10). This pen had some ancient electrical tape wrapped around the cap when it came to me. I got it off, but there was petrified adhesive remaining, so the pen required some sanding to remove it. I went ahead and did the barrel, too. Some very, very slight sign of this remains, but you would not know it to be sanding marks (it looks more like very light "micro scratches"). Overall, a very smooth, shiny barrel and cap. The clip and cap ring are both in very good shape, as is the blue diamond.

This is a user-grade vac in very nice cosmetic shape and with a new diaphragm installed by me.

SOLD$55 including priority shipping to the US (we can talk about shipping abroad).

Up next is a tiny J. Harris coin-filler. Very nice chasing and imprint along with the number 58 on the bottom of the barrel. The only restoration done to this one is a very brief ultrasonic on the cap and nib/feed/section, a quick wipe of cap and barrel with a damp cloth, a fresh sac and a polish of the nib. The nib is 14kt. warranted, but also has J. Harris & Co. imprinted upon it. It has been ground down somewhat, but writes a smooth, flexy B to BBB with pressure. It's rather wet (8/10) and not unpleasant to write with. The only major issue is the clip. There is a plain clip on the cap instead of the more standard J. Harris clip of that time. Clip is darkened, but it matches the lever. A good pen to hunt for the correct clip and priced accordingly.

SOLD$18 including priority shipping to the US (we can talk about shipping abroad).
