I made a nice new tool the other day, and thought I should take the opportunity to show it off. I figure I might as well show off the rest of the toolbox, too.

Here's the toolbox:

And my new tool. Can you guess what it's for?

My guess would be that this nifty tool is for pulling the plug from the front of a Snorkel filling assembly.

Wow! What a set up, and traveling abilities too!

Sure beats the stone knives and bear skins some folks use, and watchmakers too! Good going there!

Thanks, the portability is what I really like about my setup. Of course I have some bigger tools that don't quite fit, like a knock-out block and a heat gun.

Some of these tools are pretty primitive, Greg. For instance, the handle on that snorkel plug puller is made out of hot glue

Anptran, I've never really had a need for an inner cap puller. When I do, I'll probably end up getting one...

Well, that is really clever! Hot glue gun handle, nice and soft, has give, etc. I have bought quite a number of tools from Dale Bebee over the years that work well for pen and nib repair.

I got that quote from an old Star Trek episode :-)
