BEAUUUUTIFUL find David.:P Again making me drool all over my keyboard ...

Paul's Book is a gem! I have to say I think I probably have worn the lettering off some of my pages (perhaps I need another copy:rolleyes: ). The one thing that I can't seem to find in it however, and that I find myself interested in just "because" are the purse / necklace end & itsy bitsy pens - like "Peter Pan's" I know that many of these were created as "novelty" pens - but some of them have really flexy nibs and are quite fun. The Problem? Trying to figure out value of course. Sometimes it doesn't matter because I'll buy what I like at a reasonable price - sometimes I need to know I am getting value for my money.

Thanks for pointing out Paul's book David. I think it's great to remind everyone of treasures like this. If not for this great ID guide I know I would not have at least a couple of really nice pens because when I was first starting my collection I wouldn't have had a clue that they were worthy of my attention!

Linda

Although I can't speak to pen values, my book covers pencils in great detail, including Salz products such as Peter Pan Treasure and Favorite, and a couple of other such as Gem and Favorite. And it does include a price guide.

You've posted that before, both here and at FPN, and it still makes me slather. Splendid pen. What's the nib?

I was thinking that lever on that blue veined ringtop sure looked like Eclipse....

sure enough, with the otheres posted, I would feel confident to venture it's an eclipse product.

anyway, that pen in an 8 sized leboeuf, would be $2k + easy.

I thought it was a pretty plastic, ever since I saw it in the Ohio show report.

Those Park Row's can really be cheesy.

Also the lever imprint on the NoName is not unusual on Eclipses, along with the lever box.

That Park Row looks familiar. I sold one just like that some time back. It was a pretty pen. Is it the same pen?

What an amazing collection of what are VERY tiny indeed pens I am to believe? I have never seen one, let alone held one. :)

I would think that collection would have sold fairly rapidly.

Garth:
The Mini Eye Droppers are 5.7cm, 2.25 inches, capped. The lever fills are 8.1cm, 3.2 inches, capped.
I loaded an ED Mini with an EEF nib that I have. It took four or five drops of ink, but the thing ran for more than a week.
Can't load the lever, because I can't find a @#&%*! sac.

Don't know, won't ask, can't even think about whether or not the collection was sold, but I'd love to have an Overlay or Filigree or both.

Thanks for the info :)

Hope you get the sac ;) and find both a Filigree and an overlay cross your path sooner, rather than later.
