A couple notes have arrived from members who have received up to 30 copies of the New Year's Greetings email, perhaps the third email sent to all members since founding of FPB 18 months ago. This is the 2nd in which some members received multiple copies.
The source of the glitch is uncertain. The email log cited one message sent, but still presented an option to cancel the mailing. It is possible the email has been cycling, though the log notes that only 25% of members were sent any note.
To be safe, the message has been canceled, perhaps a case of closing the barn doors after the horses have escaped.
No further system wide emails will be sent until this glitch has been identified and corrected.

Only 30...geez I was popular with over 40!! Still, despite the problem which was minor anyway, I think a worthwhile exercise that adds a bit of the extra "personal" touch and hope the glitch is sorted soon .

I must have something set wrong in my settings as I am getting NO email from FPB. I thought maybe I just wasn't getting anything because I needed to be gone for a little bit around the holidays and inventory. I see you had a little email issue - but I didn't even get that. Hope things are looking up ---- and I'm back!
