Hey all, I just thought I would share a few pics of the pen I bought today.

I had been trying to talk myself out of it for a couple weeks and just couldn't do it!! From looking at the 1924 Conklin catalog from PCA I have narrowed the model down to either the 327V or the 328V. I have assumed it is part of the "3 Series" because it has a #3 nib. I cannot determine what the difference is between them based on the catalog. I realize that for the 327V the title for the page is "Conklin Metal Pens" and the next page which the 328V is listed on says, "Solid Gold Pens and Pencils". From that I would assume it is the 327V because this pen clearly states on it that it is "Rolled Gold". Then I notice that on both the Metal Pen page and the Solid Gold pen page under the images of the different pen models it says, "Rolled Gold". So that it where my confusion originates.

Any clarifications from those more experienced and knoweldgeable than I would be greatly appreciated.

I'm afraid I'm of absolutely no help, but it sure is a beautiful pen.
