Parker 45 Desk Set -- Any Value Here?

Here's another find from my Mother's basement. A very dusty, unused fine-point Parker 45 desk set. My guess is it is from the early '60's. Still with the original cartridge, (believe it or not there's still a little ink in it) and all original paperwork. Is there any value here?

I know Sheaffer sets primarily but, I'd say this is probably a $30-$40 set.

I'd value it a bit higher personally, note the converter appears to be an early one and if it is will have Parker Eversharp written on it. If this is the case then it's possible this is a first model ( even first year) 45 set as this converter was only around for a short time. It think around $80 to $100 if the converter is a P/E one.
