Have any of you come across this Conklin colour before? I have but not for quite some time. Anyone aware of Conklin's name for the colour and any idea as to scarcity/value?

I bite in ignorance. It recalls mottled black and red hard rubber, but is made of . . .?It's a great color. I have a beautiful Symmetrik in a sort of brown tiger's eye that I think is pretty common.What does the nib look like on this one? My two Conklins are among my nicest writers.Purty.Best,Mars
