In search of a Parker Black Giant clip. I have a split clip.

I know it's a long shot but what the heck...

hi Jerry and Brenda,

We've had recent chat about the BG clip. Seems the split clip likely is original and correct. Whether it is as desirable of course is a separate issue.

regards

david

Point me in the direction of that chat, Dr. I... I was wondering if the clip was original as well. I can't understand why there would have been so many clip replacements needed on this specific pen. I'll post some photos of the pen later - Greg did a fabulous job with the restoration as usual...

Hey Dave - do you know any of the history of the Danish markings on some of the duofolds? I've always wondered.

I've added some photos of my BG clip below and to the thread in the Parker forum that David linked to previously.

Brenda, you might reach out to Chris Thompson. He has replica clips made for his replica Giants. The one on my replica Red Giant is gold, but he may have some nickel clips, which would be correct for the BG.
