I found a Sheaffer fountain pen with a hooded nib that reminds me a lot of the Parker 45. This was a surprise to me that Sheaffer made one like this. Anyone have an idea as to what it is called and when it was made? Here is a picture where I am trying to show the bottom of the nib. It has a slot behind the nib and some sort of material at the nib base that looks like it would be absorbent, but it is hard.
Thanks, Fred

Student pen? The stylized S on the clip appears to be the same as the Stylist, circa 1966-69

Thanks for sending me to the Penhero site. I think I have found my pen. It is either the Glideriter or the Stylpoint Writer from the late 1960s.
