Since it is a ballpoint, and not a fountain pen...
I'm guessing it is worth whatever a DISNEY collector would pay for it. Not something most PEN collectors are likely to go for. I'd say it is worth the price on the package (though I wouldn't pay that much for a ballpoint.)
