I'm Jack from Raleigh. My first experience with liquid ink was a dip pen used in school. I have since rediscovered the magic of fountain pens and look forward to sharing what I can with the fine folks of this board.

My "collection" is meager and out of it I have only three vintage pens.

Jack, welcome to the board! I love seeing new members who are just getting into vintage pens. They ask some of the best questions and really get some of the experienced and knowledgeable members to share great information.

You definitely should check out the Raleigh show. It is coming up in a couple of weeks, and is fantastic. I am sad that I can only be there for one day.

You will find the folks here on the FP Board really a great bunch of people, and quite friendly too, and their knowledge base is tops!
