The golf figure is a Sheaffer base. The all GF Sheaffer set has a conical nib and appears to be unused. The Parker 61 set is very clean, but has an engraving, and the Sheaffer vac set is pristine. The hand painted Conklin is the first one of these I have had in plastic.
The little coral pen is a Gold bond, the color on the vest pocket Sheaffer is pretty good and it needs a lever, the Waterman 100 year is oversized and very crisp, the GF Waterman is French and has some sort of red stones on the end. I already have one that is white metal with blue stones. The silver Waterman is a 452 1/2 and is intact if a little worn but the end is not dented up as sometimes happens. The lady's Sheaffer is very clean but has no convertor. The little grey pen is a Waterman ink-vue which will need re-sacing, as does the blue Vac. The combo' is a Stratford which is faceted and very crisp. It came with the Vac.' Nonetheless, it is a cool combo.'
A nice set of Zeiss 10x50 binoculars in the original case for cheap topped off the trip.
Very happy Jim
