The market is... the market, but I think this one is pushing it. Some quick thoughts...
- The pencil has sticker. The pen appears perhaps used. The blind cap falling from stem might be a problem. While possible to unscrew from stem if stem is stuck and pen just needs restoration (at least I believe so), these do pull off stripping threads as well, a non-trivial repair issue
- This appears indeed to be largest pen, but note that "OS" for 2nd generation Doric (such as this Amethyst Shel) is standard diameter, no more plump than shorter pen. It is not a... monster).

Exactly what you want to see if you happen to be the seller, isn't it? Not so much if you happen to be on the outside hoping to grasp the realistic value of something.
The marketplace is an interesting thing. Bazaar seems an apt sounding term.

The only sense that's common is nonsense...

It's certainly an oversize set, seemingly with little use and boxed. I've found from experience the amethyst shell colour to be one of the hardest in OS to obtain.
Incidentally, an emerald shell oversize set in 'casket box' sold on eBay a few years ago for over $800.
