This isn't a fountain pen, but it is my all-time favorite pen (see attached image).  It was given to me as a gift.  Unfortunately it needs a new refill.  Anyone have any ideas where I might look to purchase refills?

Wherever you are in the world, I would recommend you contact Cult Pens (in the UK) for advice through the link on their website. I'm sure if you give them size details, etc, they would try and help you, they probably have the best customer service of any online retailer I have ever used.
