Hi.

I'm Paul from the London/Kent border in the UK.

My interest in fountain pens was rekindled when we visited my parents and they handed over several vintage pens, including my father's Parker Victory IV and my old school Parker 51.  I've bought about 20 pens in the past 2 months to collect and refurbish (ha!).  I have a particular interest in Wyverns and Burnhams (a London company)... and US third-tier!

I'd forgotten about ink stained fingers...

Best.

Paul

Welcome!

You will find the folks here at the FP Board really knowledgable and very friendly, and frankly, a much more learned audience willing to help you out. This "IS" the place to grow and to know about fountain pens!

If there is something I can do for you, please let me know!

Paul

Get a box of examination gloves.

I use them a lot when I am cleaning pens, and it keeps the ink off my hands.

Sometimes you just can't use it but the more you use the gloves, the less ink stains on your hand.
