I'm sure someone here knows off the top of their head what size sacs I need for a Wahl Oxford twist filler and a dinky Peter Pan.  I can't find any information on either of these as most lists only name the most popular pens by the large manufactures.

Thanks. :)

Hi

Don't know the sizes you need, but if you plan on doing more re-sac I can recommend you buy yourself a standard Imperial drill Gauge.

Pen sac's are sized in 64ths of an inch so a #17 is 17/64 and most standard Imperial Drill Gauges have most of the 64th sizes on them so you just find the hole that fits the nipple and then buy that sac size.

Drill gauges can be bought for under £10 on eBay or your local hardware store.

The Pen Sac Company (Peter Amis)

I recommend this site not only to buy sacs, but they also have a reference page for many pens' sac sizes!

I picked up a 6 inch steel ruler, with pocket clip, at Lowes for $5. It has 32nds and 64ths, and has come in very handy for this and other purposes...ETA like setting the action of a guitar.
