Actually, I was cheating a little - if you look at the link, there is another pen & pencil set to go with these three!Three pens is truly a mini-collection!

Sorry Andy. I didn't wanted to offend you. I was just joking.
...nice pictures by the way.
Christof
and no offence taken!
Even at 4 pens, it is still a mini collection - but I am still hoping it will be bigger one day!

Mid-late 1930's colorful Sheaffer sub-brand WASPs n' such, specifically with the Twist-Sac filling system (save for the pen at right, of similar color family, probably slightly earlier issue, with full-ball clip)

Nice to see this thread updated. My (truly) mini-collection of Sheaffer Balances (full-size, standard girth, radius clip, vac-fillers) has grown a bit since my initial post, such that I will include a photo as it currently stands, minus one (more on that in a minute):
Since I took this photo, I have acquired a pearl gray one. Color and transparency are beautiful and the filling system has been restored but the furniture is in poor shape and the nib is not great either. If I can find a nicer sample for a decent price, I'll likely let this one go as I don't know if it's worth having the trim replated and possibly replacing the nib. Hmm, hmm...

Hard to say and maybe you're right, but according to Richard Binders Site, I would say this is Nickel and Silver what I have. Tarnished Nickel looks quite similar to yellow gold...Isn't that a heirloom rainbow cap on the 61? The rainbows came as Legacy, Heirloom, and Heritage which differed in colors ( black on silver/ rose/green/ and rose/yellow if I recall correctly)
Mark
Quoted from Richard Biders site:
"The striped cap on early Parker 61s; made by layering metals of different colors and heat-welding them together. Three Rainbow patterns were produced: Heirloom, made of green and rose gold; Heritage, made of yellow gold and silver, and Legacy, made of sterling silver and nickel. "

I love Pelikan although it is too small for me to write with it but when I saw the great Christof collection I wanted to show you another incomplete Pelikan 100 mini-collection since there are some different pieces, and I also wanted to share an Orion (German-Danish) pen mini-collection. I hope you will enjoy it…

Quite an impressive mini collection, both the Pelikan 100 and Orion! The 100s are mind boggling! Wow~
