Now this is a selection! Not mini at all...
Are these all restored? Lots of work...
Great as always, Ariel. These celluloids are fantastic.
C.

They are all working and in very good conditions, only one was restored when I got it... More than ten years with me most of them...

I don't know if this counts as a mini collection, since it is a major part of the Snorkel range, but I finally tracked down a Vermillion and wanted to share.

How about something unusual...clipless Sheaffer ballpoints.  The circa 1949 Tuckaway Stratowriter and the circa 1954 Smoothie.

Christof, are all your Blues the same blue, or do you have both the teal and midnight? Do you still need a full size burgundy?

I agree that Demis are great. I like to use them better than the standards. If you want a burgundy standard, I think I have a nice example available pretty affordably.

Thanks but for the moment I am concentrating on my Duofolds.

The Plum was a find in the wild. Believe it or not, but in Switzerland can be found Plums in thrift shops! Ha!!

I'd be most interested if you come across any Richard or Morges pens in your travels Christof

Yes, Richard Morges can be found here in CH. These are not uncommon pens. Richard was a stationery shop at Morges in the French part of CH. I am not convinced that they produced own pens. I rather think they sold pens only but under their own name. But this belongs to a seperate thread...

In march this year, I started with three pens and this sketch:

My.  And all look to be in good shape too.  What was the most useful venue you found to get them all in such a short amount of time?

Hi,
This mini collection is the fruits of my efforts to find a black opaque first gen lockdown junior vac.

The first picture appears that I may have had some success.

However, this picture shows the truth.

gallery_194_591_38909.jpg

I look for these on on ebay and pick them up when reasonably priced (they were advertised as black).

The reticulated is my newest acquisition and as a bonus it sported a 9 Ct solid gold cap band.

gallery_194_591_125986.jpg

They are all Canadian.
The crystal is undated but the others seem to be dated one year after production stopped in the U.S.A.
The Black windowed is dated 16  (36)
The reticular is dated 8.  (38)
The shadow wave is dated 9.  (39)

Just the black opaque to find now.

Regards
Paul.

Paul, that is EXCELLENT! Especially the 9k reticulated. I'm pretty jealous of that one. If you ever want to let it go...
