Hi all - and Happy New Year! I live 20 minutes outside of Vancouver. I've been collecting pens for about 15 years or so. The primary focus of my collection is vintage pens from the three big North American manufacturers. I do my own repairs, and have had a great deal of success re doing Waterman 100 year pen ends. I have watched this site for the last year or so, and decided to join - thought I'd transition from a lurker to a contributor

You will find the folks here at the FP Board really fun, knowledgable and down right the best in the business/collecting hobby. David, our fearless leader, is quite the fountain of knowledge but there are others who are equally as knowledgable and willing to give you a helping hand too. This is a very friendly site; I have noticed that for the most part, people here check their egos at the door, very refreshing     

 

I have quite a number of clients in Canada, so if there is something I can do for you nib wise, please let me know!

Hello Dave,

I grew up in North Vancouver, some of my best memories are in BC, however I'm in Nova Scotia now. I'm relatively new to FP and to this board and it's nice to see another Canadian! Are there many FP stores out your way?
