Here is a strange one.  I emailed the seller several days ago and told him he had a Waterman cap, but he chose to ignore me.  No change to his ad either.

I'd seen it.  Cannot quite make out size but looks like cap to a 55 to make an 01955. Wouldn't be surprised if an 01952 had been offered too.  A useful part at least.

Cap seems to be the most useful and valuable part of this ensemble.

The #4 Conklin nib is a good item.  Always good to have a spare lock ring and crescent/pressure bar.  Looks like the end of the section has been trimmed for some reason.

Between the ink suck, and the claim that the item is in working order, not to mention the feedback, I would pass on this eBay seller regardless of whether I needed the item, wanted the item, or any other combination of those factors.

Several years ago a friend saw a sack of pens at an auction and got them for me for just a few dollars.  I paid him but all the pens were junk.  Mostly Wearevers and Sheaffer cartridge school pens.  There was one BCH Conklin with no cap. It was the only pen worth anything but it didn't have a cap.

4 months later he called me and was at another auction with a sack of pens but didn't want to bid on it and get a bunch of junk again.  I rushed down and checked out the pens.  There were some nice ones. There were some Parker Deluxe Challengers, one in near mint condition. I got them and when I got home and dumped them out, there was a Conklin cap that matched the pen perfectly.  What are the odds of that ever happening?
