That's my grail pen too.  I saw one on ebay with a misspelling in the description and only one bid but my computer went wonky just as I bid and it didn't get in in time.

Greg

Congratulations on your Coronet set!  I wonder if you will tweak the nib at all?

Troy

p.s. I usually buy a set for my collection if one is available.  TMR

Rick, I don't have that many, but I will play.

I don't know if I am going to "tweak" the nib. What do you say I make a custom BBB music nib?

Thank you! I had never held one in my hand before, until this one showed up. Now, I can see why people just love them, and I "loved them" from photos in the past

That sounds like a master composers pen!  Any Tchaikovsky's, Beethovan or Brahms out there interested. It would surely be interesting to see in use.

Great Greg !!

I add something to the thread…

I keep looking for the red but it seems harder to find… you were very lucky

A custom BBB music nib would be really special…

Gotta love those half Coronets! Love the caps and how they look with the pen bodies.

Thank you for sharing yours!

That is one of the very few truly Art Deco pens and if you can use another arm and leg I'll take it!

Everything will be all right in the end.

If it is not alright, it is not yet the end.

Very nice, Greg. Truly a great pen! Upload some writing samples! :) :)

On an unrelated note, I sent you an email about a nib I need some help with.  Still loving my Minuskin pens.

So, this thread marks Greg's entering the realm of  "collector".

Should prove interesting... ;)

Collector? Collector?

Not sure David, not sure. I have never collected anything before.......

I had one of those mother's that threw everything I did not play with in the trash; not that I had any baseball card collection or stamp collection that was valuable, I did not even have those collections!

I remember having Hot Wheels cars, about 10 of them, and one day, they were thrown out; my mother "perceived" that I was not interested in them anymore because I had not played with them for about a week.

Now, being "slightly older" I have continued this "less is more" living style. I live a very minimalism lifestyle today; bugs my wife Janet who has lots of art and calligraphy's supplies!
