This just came in the mail today. Wasn't expecting what it turned out to be. Was in a junk lot from eBay.

 

Total cost with shipping: $15.94

 

It's not perfect, but no cracks and the brassing mostly limited to the blind cap trim. My crappy photos show the pen in the condition it arrived. No cleanup yet. Clips are sticking up, too.

Congratulations on your very lucky find.

 

Damage to the nib seems consistent with a nib/feed assembly that would need to be pushed a bit further into the section. Do not screw down the cap till you do it.
