Color differance of the turning knob is interesting.
It is the original turning knob but with different color.
All parts condition are perfect. AUTHENTIC No. 88 Aurora vintage Fountain pen Aurora 88 Black Fountain pen made of full black acetate material.

Aurora 88  imprint in ellipse on section.
Typical Aurora 88 form of the chrome cap.

Length: 137 mm.
Cap diameter: 12.5 mm.
Body diameter : 12 mm.

My understanding is that the turning knobs were made of Hard Rubber while the barrel was acetate. I have seen a few where the colors are different as the HR has faded or turned slightly brownish or greenish as HR  sometimes does.

Dear Giovanni Abrate too has given the information.
"The filler knob in the very early 88s was made of hard rubber: that is the reason for the different color (hard rubber ages differently from celluloid)"
