Just bought a Tiny 18 ct Waterman ringtop.  Hallmarked London 1937.  Looked on PCA website for more info and found a very similar pen but in 14 ct gold.  The pen has a full overlay and is in barleycorn pattern.  The pen is described as E C but I can't fathom what it stands for.? Covered?  Anyone help?

These are the sellers pics not mine but I doubt mine would be better.

No one know what E C stands for?  I guessed Entire Covered.

I don't know.  End Covered, akin to USA pens with LEC (reportedly for Lower End Covered) could be.

That is a great pen.

BTW, I have not forgotten I owe you some Sheaffers. We can talk more after the Chicago Pen Show. I'm drowning....
