Is this a Waterman?

I am part way through cleaning up a petite RHR rippled pencil, looks very much like a typical Waterman red ripple, but there is no Waterman identification whatever.  If it is Waterman, which model is it?   

 

It's 95mm long, with no imprint.  Please forgive the less than acceptable photo...too late to take out the lights and tripod.

At first peek it looks like a pencil meant to match the 52 1/2V pen.

 

Here is an 01952 1/2V (same pen with matching pencil, but with gold-filled crown)
