Of course I would prefer the vintage one.
These safetys are hard to find, even in Europe.

Nice collection, are the piston filler versions hard to find?

It would be nice to complete myself a small collection.

I don't think so.
Safetys are much more harder to find.

Piston fillers are easy to find for little money. There are plenty on German eBay. Safeties, on the other hand, are more scarce and generally command higher prices.
I've bought a few piston fillers for 30-40eur each.

Ok, I see from the Christof photo that there are several version of the piston filler, is there a guide understand the differences?

I can't vouch for the accuracy of the guide. I've been able, though, to find in it the few pens I own.
