Could be a Wahl Eversharp Deco Band. Unfortunately, the pictures aren't very good. But what is interesting is that the color of the jade celluloid seems not too bad.
I do not collect Wahls, so I would be interested in current market prices for pens like this. If I shoud buy this, I probably will resell it. Of course, I'd like to make a little profit...
Thanks for your help in advance.

Appears to be an oversized Wahl Gold Seal Personal Point "Flat-Top". Yes, what we call the Deco Band. Prices vary of course in various markets and with condition/color. A superb gem with "perfect" color can top $1000., but discoloration has very big impact in price. I have seen really dark green pens trade for $150 -200 (parts value). This one looks pretty nice. I could see $350+ range. If cap were as crisp color as barrel, would be well more. Cracks and other damage of course will hit value.

Maybe you remember this Wahl Eversharp Gold Seal OS. I was outbid on this pen and it sold for over $200 to someone else.
At the beginning of the new year, the pen was for sale again. Seller was the guy who did outbid me.
The minimal bid was $90. He took different pictures but as blurry as as the first seller did.
.... I was almost sure that something was wrong with the pen but I was curios too.
That's why I jumped in in the last minute an did bid on the pen. Nobody else was bidding.... and it was mine! For less than the half that my first bid was!
When the pen arrived, I was surprised again: Nothing was wrong with the pen except a small ding/scratch on the lever. No brassing, no cracks and no really bad discoloration. And the nib was a flexible too! That's how the pen looks right now in my Studio:
...strange, isn't it?

I have played with it for a couple of days now and have to say that it's a fantastic pen for use. It is very well sized and perfectly balanced. The nib writes smooth, soft and springy with generous inkflow, although I would not call it flexible in comparison to Waterman's nibs for example.
There is slight discoloration as can be seen in the picture (of course I will ad a couple more then) but not too bad. I can't see any brassing but there is a scratch/ding on the lever.
Now my question is, what would be a fair price to resell this pen here in the forum. As You know did I pay about $90 for it and would like to make some profit. But I also am willing to share a part of the profit with the new owner.
I have made some additinal pictures to better show the condition of the pen.
here comes the nib:
And here the dinged/scratched lever (very hard to photograph....)
and here I tried to make a realistic as possible picture to show the slight discoloration of the pen.
hope this helps for estimations.
