Hello,
Some of you know me as piscov from FPG, FPnuts, Pentrace, FPN or even vpisco on ebay. I have been collecting pens for almost 10 years now. Recently I have decided to create my web-store, "Pena Lusa by Piscov".
www.penalusa.com
The shop name derives from the conjugation of 2 Portuguese words; Pena (feather) and Lusa (from Lusitania - the original name of the land that later become known as Portugal).
I would like to invite you to visit and check out my store. Please send me your comments, suggestions and critiques as they is the best way to improve.
To start with I offer a nice group of vintage and modern pens. Several Pelikan, Montblanc, Soennecken, Aurora, Parker and some very nice pen storage boxes from Waterman and Rotring. New items will be added on a regular basis so, please come and visit it from time to time!
Please use the following coupon code (BB6EA9D) for a one time 10% discount (valid for the 20 first customers till the end of January)
Hope you like it!

Hi Christof,
Thanks for the information!
Some users that have older Ipad 1st generations complained about the same. Older OSX Snow Leopard with Safari 5.1.10 also.
The website is HTML5, and it looks that those devices and browsers may be incompatible with my web page. I am not an web expert and used a easy drag and drop editing solution for web-design, no programming at all for the user(me).
On a Mac looks like using another web browser( like the most recent Firefox for Mac) will do the trick, but as Ipad goes I do not know how to solve it yet.
What hardware and software are you using? 3G/LTE or wifi? Let me know so I can talk to the tech guys at client support.
Also, have you been able to visit it in another desktop or laptop?
Edit: Just found out that there is no alternative to the native web-browser on Ipads, so it may be impossible for the earlier Ipad versions to browse my website
Anyone else is having difficulties using Ipads? Which one, please?

Hi Christof,
On a 2 years old Lap top ( either Windows or Mac) it should be possible to browse the web site?
What Operating system and browser are you using so I can talk with the tech guys?
Have you tried Firefox 35? It worked on all Operating systems so far ( as far as I know)
Please let me know as it is important for me to have this initial issues solved fast.

I am using the same Windows 7 Professional and with the Internet explorer 11, Chrome and Firefox I don´t have any problem.... Pens are much better!! Any pen ink, any pen and we are up and writing... and a new ink can be sued on an old pen and vice versa....much better!
It´s the first report of an issue with Windows I get. Could you have a firewall blocking the access set up in your professional computer? With 1st Generation Ipads the website looks like it does not work, still don´t know why.
There is an excellent Swiss website that allows to simulate how websites are viewed in Ipads and Iphones ( the more recent ones I believe) and there my website works well.
Check it out, please:
http://www.responsimulator.com/
and just insert www.penalusa.com
It´s a strange way to know my website but it may do the trick
