Just picked up this post-war Celluloid largest-size Sheaffer set in Golden Brown (striped pearlescent brown) Celluloid.  Thanks Greg MInuskin for aiming it my way. Bonus points if you can tell why it is interesting.  I have now 3-4, but am always happy to stumble across another. Quite uncommon. Only fairly recently became noticed by the hobby.

The cap band on the pen extends down to the bottom of the cap covering the cap lip?

It's not enough that they're striated brown instead of black?

Well... maybe.

 

It's nice of course to like the brown Celluiloid, but there are lots of brown Celluloid Sheaffers...
