Has anyone seen something like this before? It is almost a parker clone but not quite. I know there was a Corona company based in Janesville run by former Parker employees but that would have been before this was made I would think.

Same, I am pretty sure it was defunct before there were filling mechanisms like this.

Yeah, I think you are probably right. It seems pretty well made though. And the Sheaffer nib threw me for a loop.
