what would be considered rare colors? I collect frantically sometimes.. especially if i find something I do not possess.. David being a collector / seller perhaps through this I can obtain some rare Parker 51's.. David I buy in bulk if you want to sell to me?

 

Let me guess. No limit to budget?

I would not say no limit but I have been known to bust my budget.. That all depends on whats on the table!

All might be well, but I would advise receiving cash by registered mail or green postal money order before shipping any pens.  Paypal can be risky. There are elements in this thread that concern me.

Paypal (and eBay) favor the buyer in nearly 100% of transactions. Even when a seller clearly gets scammed, paypal/ebay has been known to say that it is 'the cost of doing business' which is (pardon) bullshit.
