I love this pen

My Onoto mammoth, It writes so smooth and what makes this pen even more special is that I found it in my fathers desk drawer after he passed away.

I would love to have known how he came to own it and if he ever used it.

I didn't find any ink and all his accounts were written in ballpoint, maybe he just picked it up somewhere or it could have belonged to a great Grandparent, I will never know.

You are so lucky to have such a magnificent pen. Was it still working or did you have it repaired?

Thank you widget . I didn't try it at first as I didn't want to do any damage, so I took it straight to Mike at signatures for a full overall new seals etc .  Signatures is a  great specialist pen shop here in York.
