At the other end of the spectrum from Preston's recent Metal Sheaffer thread, $13.19 seems awfully cheap for an all metal pygmy:

This has a #1 nib!

Very cheap indeed, though not a Pigmy (none are "Pygmy").

Weirdly enough, the metal Pigmy (vs the plastic Pigmy) is not the most slender metal pen, but takes a #2 nib and has an atypical-for-Sheaffer lever shape.

The #1 pens are uncommon and hard to find clean.  Wonder why I didn't set a snipe...

I stand corrected. A "thin midget," based on page 9 of the PCA's 1928 World catalog. Plastic Pigmies with a size 1 nib are shown on page 1.

An 18BM (B is the code for ribbon line chasing) thin midget is illustrated next to an 18BC, the long thin model with clip on page 18 of the 1928 A2 catalog. Pages 19 and 20 show other chasing patterns and page 17 has a table of ID numbers and letters. (Roger has been a great help in learning Sheaffer's catalog codes; many thanks.)

Saw this one - just didn't get a bid in.  Then again, how many of these do I need?

1's, Flanked with pigmys.  N+3 could be quite reasonable.
