Has anyone heard from Peter at The Pen Sac Co. recently? I sent an order and payment on May 26th and haven't gotten anything. I sent a follow up email on June 9th and left a message on the voicemail last week. No reply to either.

I had a reply from him a couple of weeks back by e-mail. I think it might have been after the 9th of June.

I recently placed an order from him, but his communication was very slow.  Did you use the AOL email address?

Yeah, pensacs@aol.com. I know he is a busy guy, but my last two orders from him took more like a week than a month. I was wondering if he was out of town or something.

All is OK out in California, but they are swamped right now -- a whole bunch of very large orders, stretching their production capacity.

Their website has a different email address.  Is the AOL one a better address?

Their ordering system is really cumbersome.  Am I correct in thinking that you have to print out the order form, fill it out by hand, and then mail it in? I suppose instead of mailing it, you could scan it and send the scan in an email.  In either case, it seems extremely awkward. Maybe I am missing something.

They are really only minimally online. Like a local restaurant that posts a menu and directions and that's all.

OK, that is sort of what I thought.  That's why I have been buying sacs from you instead, David. I don't really use that many anyway, since I only do repairs for myself.

I got ahold of him with the "pensacs@aol.com" email address.

Peter is an awesome person and really is quite busy with his other business endeavors. Hang in there, he will get to your order!

Coming up on 2 months, still no contact or sacs. I've called and left a couple messages and sent emails to both the aol and pensacs.com email addresses. Does anyone know of another way of contacting him? I would really like to avoid opening a paypal claim since that can have quite negative effects for a business and I'm sure my order just slipped through the cracks somehow.

Edit: He got back to me yesterday.
