I just received a Parker Geometric fountain pen in the mail today. It is my first geo but has me wondering if the cap on it is supposed to be semi transparent. Any thoughts?

Hi Rod,

These pale pearlescent plastics can "go clear". Not supposed to be that way. Often seen more obviously on pencils.

Am I the only one not seeing the photo?
