I just got this one in today from an ebay auction

It is #1983 o​f a limited edition of 5000. A gray marble body and cap, nib, clip and ring are silver( the element) Judging by a label date on outer sleeve it was made in 1997.  It appears to be uninked.  Size and configuration are identical to the current Diplomat Excellence a series of pens.
